Teenagers from disadvantaged backgrounds who live in isolated rural locations sometimes have difficult access to jobs, healthcare, and educational opportunities, which feeds the cycle of poverty. Their challenges with self-sufficiency are exacerbated by a lack of understanding, poor infrastructure, and limited resources, which impedes socioeconomic improvement and personal growth.

By means of this endeavor, Amal built 50 shops for 20 females and 30 male underprivileged adolescents in char Shonpocha, Sariakandi. Amal assisted them with shop building so they could sell things to be self-sufficient due to their unstable financial situation.

Amal successfully constructed the shops specifically designed to support underprivileged adolescents. These individuals were empowered as they were provided with shops, they were able to become financially independent despite having precarious financial backgrounds.
