Social Service Award 2025
The Social Service Award is presented by The Rotary Foundation of Rotary Club of Dhaka North to recognize individuals who have demonstrated outstanding commitment to humanitarian service, community development, and creating lasting social impact. Inspired by Rotary’s principle of Service Above Self, the award celebrates changemakers whose leadership has transformed lives and strengthened communities through sustainable initiatives.
In recognition of her unwavering dedication to empowering marginalized communities across Bangladesh, Ms. Esrat Karim, was bestowed with the Social Service Award 2025. Through her visionary leadership, she has championed initiatives in women’s empowerment, education, climate resilience, healthcare, and sustainable livelihoods, positively impacting thousands of lives.
This prestigious recognition reflects her enduring commitment to building a more equitable and resilient society and acknowledges the meaningful contribution of Amal Foundation in advancing inclusive and sustainable development across Bangladesh.
CSR Award 2021
The Daily Star in association with CSR Window launched an initiative “A Better Tomorrow™: CSR Awards that aims to instigate dialogue for future development and sustainability solutions as well as to recognize corporations for their innovative and outstanding corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
For the extraordinary humanitarian work, Amal Foundation was awarded CSR Award in 2021. Ms. Esrat Karim, Founder and Director of Amal Foundation received the award.

Global Youth Leadership Award 2021
Global Youth Leadership Award is an initiative of Global Youth parliament in order to honor dynamic personalities from diverse fields with awards. This Award acknowledges those who contributes, and celebrates outstanding contribution in the sector of youth leadership, peace, non-violence, innovation, social justice, empowerment, human rights, entrepreneurship, tourism, SDGs and Democracy.
For her tremendous leadership in youth empowerment and entrepreneurship, Ms. Esrat Karim received the Global Youth Leadership Award in 2021 that held in Kathmandu, Nepal.
This esteem Award has been given to the individuals that have contributed immensely in their respective countries and societies politically, socially or economically.
