It is tailored for freelancers, emphasizing essential vocabulary, verbal and written communication, and etiquette for online client interactions. This section also covers crafting professional emails, handling calls, negotiating with clients, and applying language tools for ongoing improvement. Hands-on exercises which ensure participants apply these skills effectively in real freelancing contexts.
Furthermore, the course covers graphic design fundamentals and freelancing platforms. Trainees learn to use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Canva for various design projects such as banners, flyers, brochures, logos, and UI/UX designs. Practical assignments include creating portfolios, designing content, and working on real-world projects.
